We then start working on all orders within hours of receiving them and you will receive an update email notifying you of your total invoice cost if it will exceed our standard fee, as well as an timeline of when you can expect your completed report.

It is simple ~ just send us an email! There is no charge for an update from us. If the municipality for your property charges an update fee will notify you before incurring any additional fees.
Yes, and while you can order services through companies such as Qualia, and Closer's Choice and the like there is the potential for extra fees since these software providers charge the vendor (us) a fee, that is added on top of your invoice and thereby making your fees look higher to your customers. Check out a survey price ordered through your software provider versus ordering direct from the surveyor, you might be surprised at the difference! While this may not always be the case, it is happening with increasing regularity. We don’t want you, or your customers paying extra fees just to save a minute of time.
